Candidate Description

  • Entry: Communicating basic HR information and procedures to customers by researching and gathering information from HR systems and documents

  • Mid: Providing authoritative advice on complex HR program areas such as recruiting and placement, position classification, employee and labor management relations, personnel security, compensation, and benefits.

  • Journey:

    • Developing and interpreting agency performance management policy
    • Developing legislative recommendations
    • Training employees or managers on complex HR program areas

  • Senior:

    • Creating, planning and managing unique and evolving HR functions
    • Managing a large program area or an entire HR office
